Birkenstock 2011 Miami
Hello! was so good this cake was a piece only for the photo! with a cinnamon flavor buenĂiisimo! the recipe is from Cuisine magazine reading, I hope you like it, greetings.
INGREDIENTS: 3
pippin apples 200 g of flour (175 rice and 25 cornstarch)
200 gr butter 200 gr sugar (the next time I will again, is not very sweet)
3 eggs 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (or a bit of vanilla pod)
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
powdered sugar or decorate with colored noodles
PREPARATION:
Mix in a bowl the softened butter with sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, and stir to mix well.
Add sifted flour and baking powder and continue stirring until a smooth paste.
Add the vanilla sugar or vanilla, two teaspoons of ground cinnamon and apples, peeled and chopped.
Pour this batter into a greased baking pan with some butter, bake the cake in preheated oven, 175 º for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the cake with the remaining cinnamon mixed with confectioner's sugar and serve still warm.
