Although this recipe I have not done it, but my hubby, I put it, is one of their specialties, and is super-duper-good!

INGREDIENTS: 500 gr

sepia

500 gr potatoes 5 cloves garlic, parsley


oil salt pepper

a glass of white wine

PREPARATION:

Saute the garlic, cuttlefish, little time so it is not hard.

On another frying pan fry the potato cubes, when they are almost done add the cuttlefish and the stock has dropped to fry (a little, which is not too soupy), stir and add the white wine, pepper and parsley.

Serve with blue cheese sauce, diluting a wedge of blue cheese with a jar of cream. (I like one, the sauce for my taste takes away the flavor of the dish).

cook for a few minutes and ready to eat!
