Macaroons Recipe Without Ground Almonds Without

MUFFIN CUP CAKE AND COCOA

so long ago I made this dessert that I do not remember where I copied the recipe, so yes, I remember that was delicious!

INGREDIENTS.

70 ge
mascarpone cheese 2 egg yolks 200 gr
single cream 80 g sugar 70 g
nutela
50 g walnuts

THERMOMIX PREPARATION:

Put
butterfly and mix the egg yolks, mascarpone and sugar, 3 minutes, 60 º and speed 3, then 3 minutes at the same speed without temperature. Book in the fridge.

Mount cream, a few seconds at speed 3 with the butterfly on, until you change the sound of the cream. Remove and mix slowly with a spatula to cream before.

Pour the cream into the cups and store in refrigerator before serving the nutella melted in micro seconds and decorate with a few nuts.
